Description
Product Overview
The Woodward 5466-346 NetCon Module converts digital CPU commands into four proportional actuator signals. Each channel delivers either 0–25 mAdc or 0–200 mAdc, depending on system configuration. The module uses dual-port memory via VME-bus for output scheduling and data exchange.
A dedicated microcontroller scales outputs using EEPROM calibration constants and monitors voltage and current levels. It detects channel faults and load anomalies, triggering the FAULT LED when necessary. The system can disable individual drivers to isolate issues without halting operation.
Installation Notes
Slide the 5466-346 module into card guides and secure it with two front-panel screws. Use the top and bottom handles to disengage the board from the motherboard connectors safely.
