The IS415UCCCH4A Single Slot Controller Board from GE’s Mark VIe series delivers high-speed control and synchronization for distributed systems. This 6U CompactPCI (CPCI) board runs application code using the QNX Neutrino real-time operating system and connects to I/O packs via dedicated Ethernet networks.
It mounts in a four-slot CPCI rack and supports simplex, dual, or triple modular redundant (TMR) configurations. The board includes five communication ports for HMI, engineering, and I/O interfaces, including Ethernet and RS-232C. CMOS battery management and jumper settings help extend battery life during storage.
The IS415UCCCH4A synchronizes controller clocks to within 100 microseconds using IEEE 1588 across R, S, and T IONets. It supports real-time data exchange and system diagnostics through ToolboxST or NTP server integration.
