Description
Product Overview
The IS220PRTDH1B Resistance Temperature Device Input Pack from GE’s Mark VIe Series enables precise RTD signal acquisition and Ethernet-based I/O communication. This compact module integrates a BPPC processor board and a dedicated acquisition board to support up to eight RTD inputs per pack.
Each pack connects via a DC-37 pin interface and includes dual RJ-45 Ethernet ports for network redundancy. LED indicators provide real-time diagnostics, while the internal A/D converter ensures accurate signal sampling and fault detection.

Performance & Features
The IS220PRTDH1B supports both grounded and ungrounded RTDs with automatic fault isolation. The processor removes faulty channels from scanning and reinstates them after 20 seconds or via manual reset. Software-based linearization ensures compatibility with various RTD types.
The pack uses ControlST software suite V04.06 or later and supports simplex redundancy. Two packs can be installed on a single TRTD board for 16-channel input capability.
