The IS215VPROH2B Emergency Turbine Protection Board from GE’s Mark VIe series delivers fast, independent overspeed protection for turbines without mechanical trip bolts. It operates outside the main turbine control system and uses triple-redundant VPRO boards, each with its own power supply.
