The IS215ACLAH1C Application Control Layer Module from GE’s EX2100 Series serves as a master controller for drive and exciter systems. It mounts in standard Innovation Series racks and occupies two half-slots within the control cabinet. This module supports Ethernet and serial communication, enabling real-time control and diagnostics.
The ACL connects via a 128-pin P1 connector to the Control Assembly Backplane Board (CABP) or Exciter Backplane (EBKP), depending on the application. It integrates seamlessly with GE’s Toolbox software for configuration and monitoring.

Software & Control Features
The IS215ACLAH1C supports control block language and online configuration loading. It enables I/O forcing, alarm messaging, and diagnostics for run/start permissives. Non-volatile flash memory stores application data securely.
