Description
Product Overview
The IS200TRLYH1BGF from GE is a relay output terminal board designed for Mark VI and Mark VIe control systems. It includes 12 plug-in magnetic relays, with coil sensing and jumper-selectable configurations for flexible field applications.
Relays 1–6 support dry Form-C contacts or solenoid control using 125 Vdc, 115/230 Vac, or optional 24 Vdc sources. Relays 7–11 provide isolated Form-C contacts, while relay 12 supports special loads such as ignition transformers.

Installation & Configuration
Connect relay outputs to two terminal blocks secured with screws. Use JF1 for solenoid power to outputs 1–6, and JG1 for relay 12. Daisy chain power via JF2 or wire directly to TB3. Reinstall jumpers JP1–JP6 if solenoid power is needed. Remove fuses for isolated contact use to eliminate suppression leakage.
A shield terminal strip grounded to chassis ensures safe wiring practices. Each relay circuit includes onboard suppression and jumper-selectable fuses for enhanced safety.
Applications & Compatibility
The IS200TRLYH1BGF integrates seamlessly into turbine control, industrial automation, and generator protection systems. It supports Mark VI and Mark VIe platforms and is compatible with a wide range of field solenoids and contact configurations.
Use this board in environments requiring flexible relay output control, coil sensing, and safe power distribution.
