Description
Product Overview
The IS200TRLYH1BED from GE is a high-performance relay output terminal board designed for Mark VI and Mark VIe control platforms. It includes 12 plug-in magnetic relays, with flexible jumper configurations for dry contact or solenoid control.
Relays 1–6 support Form-C outputs or solenoid activation using 125 Vdc, 115/230 Vac, or optional 24 Vdc power. Relays 7–11 offer isolated Form-C contacts, while relay 12 handles specialized loads such as ignition transformers.
This board integrates with PDOA I/O packs in Mark VIe systems and connects to VCCC, VCRC, or VGEN boards in Mark VI setups. It supports both simplex and triple modular redundancy (TMR) configurations.

Installation & Configuration
Connect relay outputs to two terminal blocks, each with 24 terminals supporting up to #12 AWG wires. Use connector JF1 for solenoid power to outputs 1–6, and JG1 for relay 12. Daisy chain power via JF2, or wire directly to TB3.
Jumpers JP1–JP6 allow field solenoid activation and include individual fuses and suppression. Remove fuses for isolated contact applications to eliminate leakage from the power bus.
Applications & Compatibility
The IS200TRLYH1BED is ideal for turbine control, industrial automation, and generator protection systems. It integrates with Mark VI and Mark VIe architectures and supports both simplex and TMR configurations.
Use this board in environments requiring flexible relay output control, coil sensing, and safe power distribution across multiple relay channels.
