The IS200EPDMG1ABA Exciter Power Distribution Module from GE delivers filtered 125 Vdc power to control, I/O, and protection boards in EX2100 excitation systems. It mounts beside the IS200EPBP Exciter Power Backplane and supports both primary and backup power sources.

Power Architecture & Interface
The IS200EPDMG1ABA receives 125 Vdc from the station battery and accepts up to two 120 V ac backup inputs. External converters (DACA or DACB) rectify ac to dc, producing P125V and R125V outputs. These voltages are center-grounded at ±62.5 V and distributed via fused outputs with toggle switches and LED indicators.
Output Distribution
This module powers up to three IS200EGPA Exciter Gate Pulse Amplifier Boards, one IS200EXTB Exciter Terminal Board, and three IS200EPSM Exciter Power Supply Modules. Each output connects directly to the IS200EPBP backplane for streamlined distribution.
Application & Compatibility
The IS200EPDMG1ABA supports GE EX2100 excitation systems and integrates with legacy and hybrid cabinet configurations. It ensures reliable power delivery to exciter boards and external modules, including crowbar and de-excitation units.
