The GE IS200EISBH1AAA Exciter ISBus Board is a specialized communication module for EX2100 Excitation Systems. It facilitates data exchange between M1, M2, and C controllers using GE’s proprietary ISBus interface. This board transmits fiber-optic feedback signals to the DSPX controller and communicates with tool and keypad ports via RS-232C.
Installed as a single-slot, 3U high module beneath the DSPX, it receives current and voltage signals from generator field circuits through EDCF boards. It also interfaces with the Ground Detection module, ensuring reliable signal routing in both standard and redundant exciter configurations.
