    Description

    Overview

The IC200UEX636 is an analog signal expansion unit within the GE VersaMax Micro platform, designed to extend controller capability with additional analog measurement and control channels. It integrates seamlessly into existing VersaMax architectures and is intended for systems requiring mixed voltage and current signal handling in compact control environments.

The module provides both analog input acquisition and analog output generation in a single housing, reducing cabinet space and simplifying system wiring for OEM machinery and process automation installations.

    I/O Configuration & Signal Capability

This module provides a total of 6 analog channels:

    • 4 × analog inputs

    • 2 × analog outputs

    FAQ

Q1: Can the module handle both voltage and current signals simultaneously?
Yes, each channel is configurable for voltage or current depending on system setup.

Q2: Does it require an external power supply?
No, it operates from 100–240 VAC and provides internal sensor power.

Q3: Is it compatible with all VersaMax Micro CPUs?
It is designed for full integration with GE VersaMax Micro and compatible expansion architectures.

Q4: What is the resolution of the analog channels?
Both input and output channels use 12-bit resolution for accurate signal processing.
