The IC697BEM711 Bus Receiver Module from GE Fanuc’s Series 90-70 PLC family enables seamless local bus expansion by connecting to the IC697BEM713 Bus Transmitter Module. It supports up to seven receivers in a daisy-chain configuration, extending system functionality across multiple racks.
This module occupies a single chassis slot and communicates with the transmitter over expansion cables up to 50 feet long. The final IC697BEM711 in the chain must include a terminating resistor (IC697ACC702) to ensure signal integrity.
