Product Overview
The GE DS2020DACAG2 AC-DC Power Conversion Module is part of the EX2100E Series and delivers 125V DC output from a 115V or 230V AC input. Designed for high-reliability excitation systems, this module supports redundant power configurations and includes local energy storage for extended ride-through capability.
It replaces the DS2020DACAG1 and offers improved power rating and parallel operation support. The module mounts at the bottom of the control cabinet and connects via a 12-position JZ connector.

Installation & Interface
The DS2020DACAG2 module includes four mounting holes for secure installation. Input selection is made via internal cable routing to JTX1 for 115V or JTX2 for 230V. The 12-position JZ connector handles both AC input and DC output, wired into JZ2 or JZ3 of the PDM.
This module supports parallel operation for increased output current, making it ideal for new panel designs requiring scalable power delivery.
Application & Compatibility
Use the DS2020DACAG2 in GE EX2100E Excitation Control Systems where 125V DC is the primary power source. It integrates with EPDM units and supports battery-backed redundancy. Its backward compatibility with DS2020DACAG1 ensures easy upgrades in legacy systems.
