Overview

The SPTAS01 module from ABB’s Symphony® Plus series is designed to automate the synchronization of generators with the grid. It intelligently manages generator circuit breaker closure by continuously monitoring voltage, frequency, and phase alignment between the generator and the line. With configurable thresholds and optional manual override, it ensures safe and efficient synchronization in power generation environments.
