وصف
Description
The Honeywell 620-0024 (6200024) is a dedicated memory module designed for Honeywell / ISSC PLC systems. It provides 24 k of non-volatile memory capacity, ensuring reliable storage for controller firmware, configuration parameters, and runtime logic. This module is essential for maintaining system integrity in industrial automation environments, including oil refining, power generation, chemical processing, and heavy manufacturing, where deterministic control and data retention are critical.
Engineered for durability, the unit maintains memory integrity despite exposure to industrial electrical noise and vibration. It integrates directly into the PLC rack backplane, facilitating automatic data retrieval during system boot-up or controller initialization, which helps minimize downtime during maintenance or power-cycle events.
Features
- 24 k non-volatile memory capacity for program and configuration storage.
- Designed for seamless integration with Honeywell / ISSC legacy PLC backplanes.
- Passive memory retention architecture for high reliability.
- Compact plug-in design for efficient rack mounting and field replacement.
- Optimized for consistent data retention across power cycles and fault events.
Applications
This memory module is primarily used in legacy Honeywell / ISSC PLC control systems to support:
- Controller firmware and logic backup.
