All products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all documents, accessories, and labels. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return, ensuring that all returns maintain the highest quality standards.

Return Eligibility and Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, products must remain in their original condition. Custom orders, discontinued items, or products with broken safety seals may not qualify for return. Customers are encouraged to review their order carefully and contact our team for clarification if necessary.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning items. This includes both the shipping cost to the customer and the cost of returning the product to our facility. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, customers should contact our sales team at sales3@cambia.cn or by phone. Our team will provide detailed instructions and assist with the return process. For cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, immediate notification is required. We will prioritize these cases and arrange either a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.


Warranty Policy

IndustriaX Automation provides a one-year warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. This warranty ensures that customers can rely on our industrial automation products for high performance and durability. The warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, negligence, or operation beyond specified conditions.

Warranty Claims and Verification

To claim warranty service, customers must report issues within the warranty period. Our technical team may conduct online troubleshooting or verification to confirm the defect before approving a replacement or repair. This process ensures accurate assessment and efficient resolution.

Shipping Coverage for Warranty

Shipping costs for warranty service are covered as follows:

  • First month: We cover return shipping both ways.

  • Within three months: We cover one-way shipping to our facility.

  • After three months: Customers are responsible for shipping both ways.
